Mr. beachycove has come to the rescue, and has now shipped me a new CD-bezel, the required video adapters and some other cool stuff.

When I get the parts I will disassemble and clean the whole machine, and also check the cooling paste on the CPU.

On a side note: I also found an empty G4 Cube case as well as the power supply. I wonder who removed the contents. Man was I annoyed when I saw that the case was empyt!
