The hairdryer is reforming the bad capacitors.

As i said in the beginning, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE ALL THE CAPACITORS.

Soon as the capacitors get cold, it will fall back to its old ways again. until they warm up.

They also smell like fish when they get hot.
