@Concorde1993 - you can easily tell if it's a Trinitron or not. If the CRT face is curved as you move from top to bottom and side to side, it's a shadow mask. However, if it's curved only from side to side, but is flat top to bottom, then it's a Trinitron.

There are other distinguishing signs too (only Trinitrons have a thin wire running horizontally behind the screen about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom - it's faintly visible if you have a totally white desktop image on the screen).
