The "official" Apple upgrade from 128K to 512k came with a new rear case badge and agency label, in addition to the motherboard. In some cases the only way to tell you had an upgrade done was to look at the serial number. If you look at the link I provided you will see "P" is the International code, meaning it should have 240V PSU. Whereever you see a "P" that should be the case unless the analogue board has been replaced, e.g. P, WP, AP. This was eventually replaced with D and ED with the 512Ke & 512K/800 (Intl.).
Nice Platinum ED by the way. I love how the rear case badge is still olive-brown colored and does not match anything else on the Platinum Compacts (the keyboard had darker gray keys, along with other similar accents).
