It does sound like a good deal. However, a IIfx should not need recapping. They came with tantalums on the board and no electrolytics. Now, tantalums may wear out eventually too, but they won't leak corrosive goo onto the logic board.

Anomalies such as this in a description always make me question whether the seller really has what they say they have.
