I think it is the cpu b/c it started smoking and sparks underneath itself and the logic board. Also one core warms up and the other does not(it was a dual). However, since a new cpu didn't fix it; I'm guessing it is the logicboard, so I've ordered a new one for 15$(<-GOOD DEAL) I'm also going in order of cost to replace: Cpu 15$, Logicboard 15$, PSU 219$
