Turns out the motherboard is shot. I swapped parts and the only thing I didn't swap was the motherboard. I have a WTB/WTT up on the trading post. someone on #applefritter suggested the processor is shot. I am hearing a whistling sound coming from the board when it's plugged in and the green LED on the lid is on. it sounds like component failure. I see one Capacitor, but it's not leaking, nor bulging. I am not sure what's going on, but the whistling is coming from around the CPU.

I will have to find a new board. Anyone got a spare, I am open for trades
