That dented corner means that it's been dropped at one time in its life. If that Sony Hard drive was in the Mac at the time it was dropped, then that drive is dead.

Lets get this mad puppy howling first before doing anything cosmetic to it. Recap the Analog board and Logic boards first if that has not been done before. Clean and lube the floppy drive. And get a new hard drive.

If you do silk screening, you can restore that Mac SE\30 Badge. It's not that hard. It is in Time Font but the size fools me. Wipe down the old badge and silk screen a new one on. (Used to do it long ago.)
