yea Mike McMaster does a fantastic job on the SCSI 2 SD.

also maybe a BMOW Floppy Emu might be of use to you as well… and with a IIsi/Dougg3 rom in that SE/30 you could Boot to MacOS directly from ROM or HD20 Emulation with the Floppy Emu.
