Brand NEW Apple IIe Platinum

I just snagged a brand new Apple IIe Platinum for $100 on Craigslist. Also came with a brand new Apple 1200 baud modem (but for Australia.)

It's just the base unit, no monitor or floppy drives or anything. But it is new. I'll post pictures if anyone wants to see.

The styrofoam was melted to the plastic and broke when I took it out. The manuals were melted to the plastic, but fortunately they were also covered in plastic, so they manuals came out unscathed. Pretty darn bare bones. Didn't even come with the memory card. But it has that new computer smell. *sniff* Awwwe.

The 80 Column, 64kb expansion card?

Oh, maybe it did. You can see it there on the left. I thought it was a Language card. Sweet.

Yeah, it's in your last photo there. Thanks to the advances in miniaturization, it's smaller than both the original Extended 80-column card and the 80-column card
