I have a MacCon for SE/30 and IIsi that does not work and it had not occurred to me to change the tantaliums. These are the radial lead ones. Mine appear unhurt. Do they go bad?

I have the card in front of me. There are three larger capacitors marked:

I have no real idea what that means, as it does not look like the markings on the electrolytics with which I am somewhat more familiar.

The smaller one (closest to the top) is marked:

If you could explain what the markings mean in return, and keep us posted on your success, I would be grateful, as I'd like to fix my card also!
