You can format it on System 7.6 and then install 7.5 on it. There SHOULD be no problem doing that.

I've been saying the same thing, rsolberg. But there are those who profess the belief that this is not true. What is posted on websites and what is actually going on are two very different things, just as there is differences between theory and practice. (In fact one of those websites noted that there would be issues on partitions larger than 1GB, but I guess some people just do not read the Fine Print!)
