ADTPro audio on a Retina MacBook Pro? Software 8 posts Jul 16, 2015 — Jul 16, 2015
I have a Retina MacBook Pro (15") and am trying to send disk images to my Apple //e (no Super Serial Card), but my Pro has no microphone port?

What should I do?

What has audio and microphone inputs got to do with copying disk images?

Most Apple II computers (not all) have cassette input and output jacks.  There exists some clever software that has the ability to transport disk images to and fro using audio through those jacks.  See:

Does the rMBP have a headset jack? If so, an alternative might be a splitter from the single TRRS plug to separate mic and headphone jacks.

It has a headphone jack, yes.
