Looking for a game

I'm looking for a game that I played a long time ago (I believe a demo of it was on a Nautilus sample disc). However I forgot the name of it and can only offer a vague description, if you think I know what I'm talking about, please feel free to reply.

So the game was a two dimensional, where you played a character (I believe it resembled something more like pac-man then a person, and you could hit switches turning devices on and off to make your way to the exit/goal (much like a chips challenge clone). When you got killed by something you literally went up in smoke.

Yes that's all I remember of the game, hopefully someone else can recognize it and provide me with a name of the game I'm thinking of.

There are so many games that come close to that description. The only two I can think of off hand is Kye and Oxyd. (Or Per.Oxyd, which was a sequel.)

Unfortunately it wasn't those games. If anyone has an Image of the Introduction to Nautilus disc would help as well.
