I personally hate that QT decal. It reminds me of PC marketing ... I have friends that never remove all those stupid decals plastered all over their laptops. However, it is a part of Apple history, so I am reluctant to remove them from any of my CCs. The irony is that QT doesn't work particularly well on a CC due to Apple's unnecessary crippling of the bus speed. It probably works better on a CC II which is essentially an LC 550 that did run QT pretty well.

I would think a replacement would be hard to come by, unless salvaged directly from a broken CC, or obtained from someone like me, who might remove one from one of my CCs.
