I remember having one of those adapters on a Seagate drive in my 6100, though I don't have the drive or adapter on me anymore.

I would try placing jumpers on ID0 and TPR. TPR tells me it might stand for "Termination Powered" or something-a-ruther. It can't hurt* to try anyway.
