Just an update -- the wiki update went very poorly, because of customizations we've got and whatnot. I'm going to be replicating the whole kit in a test environment at home and doing some experiments with it to see if I can figure out how to make it go.

Additionally, it looks like upgrading the forum will be a far more time-consuming process than I'd originally thought, so that is on hold for the time being as well. (Because of our registration setup, I suspect we'll be fine for a bit longer.)

(Also, because I cannot dates, the 04 in the previous post was supposed to be 03, today. Whoops.)
