Yeah, I was contemplating bidding and waiting (as $100 is a fair whack for me, tightarse that I am!), but these are the sort of parts that are always useful, and I've a Mac waiting for its use.
Besides, I had to come back to work early, and it's boring as anything, so at least I've had some fun killing time
My Q950 is pretty stock, this will make it even more fun to play around with. I couldn't fathom how much 256MB RAM would have cost to upgrade to in 1992 - anyone have any ideas on a rough cost of a 16MB 30-pin stick back then (Trash80?)
