I know the unsanity shapeshifter program (sometimes worked, sometimes total junk for me) a while back would bog up the system with a crazy theme applied, but what if the theme was like a system 7 theme? Or a bare minimum one. Might make it fast. I don't even know where to find an older version anyway :-/ (let alone freeeeee)
