I think those 63x-62xx have a 6-pin header on the PSU (apart from the Molex-MiniFit-Jr Power connector) for some kind of communication with the mobo, in order to power up... So, I'm afraid further research is needed for successfully powering a 630 from a "generic" PSU.
I believe that's why I can't turn on a couple of 6200 mobos on the proper wiring harness -- which is the same on the 630
