Check out the DevNote for how many PseudoSlot Addresses are available in the Memory Map. The LCII must have had more than one.
If there's more than one available in the LC's memory map: check out this thread for hints on adding another card to the top of one card or underneath the MoBo. I haven't gotten to the "Machine Pin" hack details as yet, but you'll get the gist of it.
Problems:
LC cards aren't likely to have provision for adjustable Pseudo Slot IDs.
Possible Solution:
Hack the card(s) and A/B switch the power legs of the DeclarationROMs on the cards for one at a time use.
