If you have an LC, you could jury rig the ethernet card into the open floppy drive slot without much hacking, then run a ribbon cable to the switch/nubus connector.

Otherwise, you could look into a SCSI to Ethernet adapter, or, if you don't mind slower speed, an AppleTalk to Ethernet bridge.
