Booted the machine with Norton recovery 2.0 (forgot the title, disc wasn't mine) but it did not find the HD. Looks like dead HD. When booting the machine after PRAM-reset the HD spins, clicks, clicks again clicks, again. Not a good sign as everyone knows.

Need to open the machine and see if there's any leaks. The PRAM batteries had full charge. Too bad, this was really clean nice unit. Need to start looking for the 2.5" SCSI HD..
