Mactracker says that A1106 has the "65 W Apple Portable Power Adapter". If I take one of mine as example (PowerBook G4 17-inch 1.33 Ghz 2003; A1052), it also says "65 W Apple Portable Power Adapter".
Shouldn't be that hard to find one.

All I can say is: (black) power cable broken (bad plastic quality), strange "buzzing" noise, charging for some seconds/not charging anymore all the time.
Solution: Found an original one in the e-waste, works perfectly, happy to have thrown away the other crap.
