SWEET! I just got a GREAT deal on a pair of 18" full extension drawer slides!
I checked the KBD Drawer Carcass and it did turn out to be over-bent by just about the same amount I thought I needed to shave off the width of the bottom return flanges for a perfect fit! The drawer slides are just wide enough that I don't need any extra clearance. All I have to do is to fab a couple of mini-lolly columns to take care of squaring up (bending out) the sides of the carcass and all the parts will fit together like they have eye-balls! [
