PowerBook 190cs! Possibly boxed!
At my work, I found in a closet tucked away on an old multimedia cart a PowerBook 190cs. It looks cherry. Not a single blemish on it. I talked to the previous technology guy, and he said there might still be a box for it hiding somewhere on campus. Now I'm all hawk-eyed, searching every closet and classroom.
Booted it up, and it works great. Battery is dead, no surprise there. I'm happy to report it's been maxed out to 40MBs of RAM.

:lol: Perfect image for the Box Search!
Very nice find, gotta love it when not only are you given a Mac, but it's also in awesome shape. Even better when they've got the original box!

Good luck in the hunt, brother! I'm rooting for you! You can borrow the Needle In A Haystack Apple Box Finder® for the cost of shipping both ways if you like. It's built out of a Quadra 900 on wheels with a modified metal detector with a cantenna incorporated into it...runs proprietary BoxTracker 2.1 software. Took a dozen kidnapped Computer Science majors chained to a dozen computers a month and a half to write the software and build the machine. }
