Digikey does not have them. I looked for something compatible in a CMOS part, Digikey didn't have anything fast enough in a DIP package.

Thanks for the pointer to Mouser, didn't know that yet. The ICs are SOIC packages, not DIP. I found them at Farnell and already ordered them.
