You only have to remove the hinge covers. Then close the laptop. Release the clips that hold the display cover and just slide it off.There's no need to disassemble the whole duo just to remove the LCD panel.

I forgot to add you need to remove the 2 screws under the square piece of plastic on the front bessel of the LCD housing first of course before you remove the cover...
