128ks all had tape. 512ks did too I am pretty sure. Pluses are a hit an miss. Early, possibly all, did. Later it seems all - about the time the SE came out. I could be wrong, but I dont recall seeing the foam tape in any SE.

MacDrone - you could be right, but I dont recall every seeing a 512k with pins. At least not one with an original analog board. Keep in mind many a 128k and 512k got plus boards when the originals failed.
