my 512k has pins, but it's possible it has had the analog board swapped (As I got it from the stock from a old repair shop, and it had been upgraded with a plus board when I got it)

My Plus on the other hand is taped (I always assumed this was because the analog had been worked on, but now it seems it was probably like that from the factory) It's a early '87 s/n iirc, so it would probably make sense for it to be taped
