My solution is:

- download a CD's worth on my Mac Mini

- burn it all to CD

- Put the CD in my 140c0 (3400c, kanga, wallstreet will work too)

- copy files to HD

- copy files to floppy (400k, 800k, or 1.4MB)

Note: I use 8.6 for this and MFS 400k disks can be created using a disk image only. I am not sure about HFS 400k disks.
