50+ G3 iMacs - Melbourne, Australia

Hey all,

You may have seen these, but so far, there are two auctions for bulk lots of G3 iMacs in several colours (no Dalmations or Flower Powers that I can see).

There are a few Melbournites on here, so maybe you can pool your resources and rescue a few old macs before someone buys them for scrap metals.

You know, honestly I'm at a loss to know what one would do with a pile of G3 iMacs. I have had vague thoughts of setting them up as mini-MAME cabinets, but that's an experiment for one I already have here before I go buying a pallet-load.

I can't think but that they'd make significantly more money by un-bundling that lot and selling/shipping the iFruitiest of them individually. There's a rainbow of pretty colors in there!
