To the best of my knowledge, this UniFile disk drive was recently purchased from former senior Apple engineer Bruce Lee. He decided to sell off several of his prototype units to some private collectors. A few of them did hit eBay as well. Unfortunately, this particular UniFile drive lackeds i's original power supply and potential interface card. Also, its operational condition was/is a mystery. The UniFile drive was potentially compatible with the Apple III, Lisa, and possibly Macintosh?. I backed out when the offers he was receiving went in excess $3,500.
