I really can't recommand a TV repair place. They are not used to soldering small SMD components, they just replace whole boards.

I have repaired a Classic II and SE/30 board for a friend of mine who did his boards in a TV repair shop in France: the SE/30 was messed up and they succeeded to lift 3x traces on 2 capacitors. In order to stick the capacitor to the PCB, they just glued it. I was really shocked :disapprove:

Then they gave him back the boards and said they were unrepairable... Luckily they didn't even start on the Classic II logic board yet.

So if I were you: let someone of the board here do the repair
