I procrastinated too long downloading the last update for Toast 8, and there is no longer a link leading to it on Roxio's website. However, by modifying the links for updates to Toast 9, I found that Roxio still has the updater available for download here:

Then click on "No Thanks, I want my update", unless you would rather purchase the newer version.

I hope this helps someone else. I spent a lot of time with Google and checking Version Tracker (has that become useless for less than up-to-the-minute software or what?) looking for a place where the last update was still available.
