Well, I got it fixed. I used a standard 68030 socket and a small bit of solder. First, I filled the pin hole in question on the new socket with solder, with some extra "bubbled" on the top. Then I placed the accelerator in the new socket as far as it would go, the damaged pin now touched the cooled solder bubble. Next, I heated the pin filled with solder, until the solder liquefied, and while keeping the heat on, pressed the sockets together so it is completely seated.

There were not any clearance issues fitting it back in to the SE/30 chassis. Turned it on and it works great! Check out the pictures below:
