The PB150 is a dog, it is one of the most watered-down Mac models ever released. Stick with the PB180, if you're concerned about the 2.5" SCSI HD failing you could buy an Artmix 2.5" to CF SCSI adapter, or one of the 2.5" IDE to SSI bridges that came on later model Powerbook 5x0 models.
