SCSI Disk Mode ROCKED on BabyPB. Somehow . . . unbeknownst to me . . . :
. . . the entire Adobe Font Library found its way onto the HDD of that little beauty in incremental transfers to its upgraded 340MB HDD. Actually, it wasn't even illegal when it happened, for a period of something like nine months, the copyright office denied all protection to digitized Fonts as they always had for every other form of TypeFace for printing. You can't copyright the AlphaBet and you can't tie the buyers of your printing press to purchasing only your own TypeFace selections, or so the precedents went.
But that's another story . . . }
I really do prefer the cables over adapters, of which I have several. The locking mechanism on the cables put them head and shoulders above the friction-fit connections of every adapter in my inventory.
It's good to have an OS Installed for Any Macintosh on a PB or Duo for troubleshooting any other compatible Mac, PB or Duo in the inventory. [
