Well, it's an upgrade of some kind. There were many different brands back in the day, long, long, ago. Clearly, it upgrades the SE to a 33 MHz 68030. It looks like there's a socket for an FPU, but none installed, and there are some chips which might be VRAM, implying a video out capability, but they might be some kind of cache instead, I suppose.
