Source for PRAM batteries? PowerPC 8 posts Dec 14, 2012 — Dec 14, 2012
Do any of you have a source at a decent price, for the 3.6V 1/2 AA PRAM batteries? I need at least four but I can't ever justify 22 bucks for them.

Leaving the G3/G4 plugged in saves the time, but the SE needs the clock and mouse speed fixed every boot :(

4 on OWC is $17.71 with $1.75 shipping to my zip, 44001.

That isn't too bad. I wish you could just use full size AA's :?: LOL.. I have like every flavor of them lithium, ni-cad, alkaline, ni-mh, ... ugh

Thanks for the tips!

A lot of the G5 towers are dead now from BGA problems and they're all still pretty new. I have a massive bag of 30 spare cells and they're essentially free. Won't need to start sourcing them again for a long time.

So are you saying I can have some?

Jameco has them for around $3, just search for 1/2 AA. I got some from them and they work fine.
