Anyone have a CompuCable GDock?
I found one at the computer recycler. I tried putting a Zip drive in the ATA bay, but it doesn't work. When I put a disk in it goes nuts. When I got Info using Apple System Profiler, it said it was an Imation SuperDisk USB driver. So I bought and stuck in an Imation SuperDisk, but same thing. It powers on, but when I stick a floppy in it goes nuts.
Any ideas? Anyone have the manual for this thing?

Installing a Zip drive causes the zip disk to constantly try to load. Can't eject it when it does this. If I hook it up to my G4 via its power plug, it works fine.
A similar issue with the Imation SuperDisk drive. If it's powered by my G4, it works fine. When I have it plugged into the GDock, it acts like it can't quite load the disk.
This is with just the power connected, not the data cable. So I'm wondering if this is a power issue. I'll try taking pictures of it, maybe someone can help me identify what part could be the problem?

It's nothing to do with the data cable as far as I can tell, only the power. Without the data cable connected, it should just sit there and do nothing. That's what it does on the G4 and on my 486 PC when I have just the power connected. I'm pretty sure I've narrowed it down to the power.
