Don't take this as an insult, but its time to send both boards out to repair. Both Uniserver and TechKnight can get them to work, you do not have the equipment (an oscilloscope ) or expertise to fix these boards yourself. PM or email Uniserver here in the forum  and see what he tells you. Then decide what is your next step as you get your $$ together.
