Dead Mac Scrolls has pages 164 & 165, a cracked solder joint on connector P1 on the Analog Board (p164) and IC Chip on the Analog Board: TDA-1170 ( p165). But you stated that the analog board works fine on another Mac and you tested another logic board on this Mac.

The only 2 possible problems couple be simple and cheap or simple and expensive.

- Simple and Cheap: inspect the yoke connector itself, grab each wire and tug on it. If a wire pop's off, then that's the problem. You can remove the pin and solder the wire to the end of it. Check the other wires on the connector and sold them if they break. Also check the wiring connection on the yoke itself and solder any broken wires there.

- Simple and Expensive: Your yoke is burnt out. You need to check this with a multimeter and each pair should have a reading. But finding the dead coil does not mean you can fix it, you have to replace the whole yoke.

- Simple & Expensive II: If fixing or replacing the yoke does not fix it, the deflection plate in the CRT is blown, you will need a new CRT. Email Herb is he has any more CRTs.
