That maxell battery, I would get that out of there. Also, Those Capacitors on there, if at all possible, maybe try to get them to lay on their sides. That way you will not risk bumping one and popping it right off the board with pad and trace and all.  That line looks really bright.  I am doubting there is anything wrong with the PSU / CRT or Analog board.  I know UE8 is a big problem with the SE/30's ( on the mainboard )
