My IIsi has a 40Gb HDD with only about 6Gb available.

The installation folder must have the exact name that the Installer expects. Failing that, the installation disk must have the appropriate name, if the root directory of the disk is used to hold all the installation components.

Are you planning to upgrade to OT 1.3?
