Buy the PS upgrade for the HP printer and make life easy. From distant recollection, the duplexer does not run well in a heavy volume environment but it is great for SOHO work. If the printer or duplexer has been resting for a while, the rollers may be flattened so paper handling may be poor. Rollers are replaceable or can be rejuvenated (eg offset printing blanket restorer).
