The cut resistor on the I/O board (and the presence of the parallel port) means this was formerly a Lisa 1 that was upgraded. Nothing special there. A lot of people did that.

Your battery pack IS missing however it appears it was after the battery leaked but your board still looks in good condition so it's probably still good.

Have you tried powering it up yet? Lisa's don't have a reputation of blowing up at random.....excluding those filter caps.
