Full error: D3E5- A=01 X=00 Y=08 P=34 S=F4

I came into an original Apple II, and when I initially plugged it in to see if it works, it didn't work. I pulled up, by chance, ROM-F8 (no significance, just picked it at random) and noticed it has a broken pin.

I've fixed that temporarily by jamming a wire in that pinhole along with the chip. Now the computer boots up, but not into BASIC. I get the error above (or what I suspect is an error), which I can't make any sense of (I'm new to this).

I had pulled up the other ROM chips a few days ago, but I forget what condition they're in. I think they're fine, it was just the one that had a broken pin.
