Piggybacking new memory chips changed nothing. Changing roms changes the 04 to 03 which is still a memory error. I think something else on the board is the issue. My eyesight even with a magnifying glass checking traces isn't gonna get me anywhere but the board looks brand new, minus the caps I replaced. With a 512 and 128 board from my others in there the mac boots from floppy and screen has no burn and is sharp and bright.
