Trash: The PSUs are identical, save for a different color switch and plug (they're black on the SE versus platinum on the SE/30 (and perhaps late-model SEs?).
I think the inner chassis is pretty much identical except the placement of some of the cutouts is slightly different (the SE's power cutout, for instance, seems to be shifted forward slightly). Also, the expansion slot port bracket thing (the thing that lines up with the hole in back which holds ports for an expansion card) is riveted in on most SEs that I've seen, as opposed to screwed in on the SE/30.
The shape of the bracket which holds the expansion slot may be somewhat different as well, but I've never observed them that closely.
